PLEASANT HILL — Alexandra Reynoso commented that when she was in high school in Santa Clara County, she and that person friends didn’t think twice about going to a small market near campus and buying a candy bar and a soda. They called it “lunch,” she said.

“I could see that my friends and I weren’t the only ones doing that,” she said.

“For the young children making the right decisions might be easier remarked than done,” she said.
